The Dog Haven pet sitters provide a unique pet and house sitting service, which takes the worry out of holidays, business trips or nice relaxing weekends away. Our pet sitters are fully insured with third party liability insurance. Furthermore, our pet sitters abide by our strict code of conduct and are registered with the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters.

Your pets will be cared in their own familiar environment and therefore have the same routine. They will be walked in the same park, they will be fed at the normal time and have lots of love and attention. In essence, we will care for your pets the same way you do!

Our individual and personal service will give you complete peace of mind so that you can go away and relax! We will send you a detailed pack and come and visit you prior to the holiday and discuss your requirements. This will be an opportunity for you to meet the sitter and for us to meet your pets.

Our competitive rates include food allowance although it is normal for clients to leave items such as tea, coffee and bread. Clients also need to provide clean bed linen for the pet sitter. Travel expenses are not included in our price and should be paid directly to the pet sitter.  Following a successful meeting the Dog Haven will always provide you with a clear and concise invoice so that you do not have any surprises!

  2. Once we receive information regarding your dogs The Dog Haven Pet Sitter will be in touch to arrange a visit in the comfort of your home.
  3. The Dog Haven is more than happy to provide you with references once you are happy to proceed with our services.
  4. In order for The Dog Haven to confirm your booking we require a 25% deposit of the total amount invoiced.
